Career
Vinita has been in the legal profession for more than two decades and has an extensive experience of litigation related to Civil, Criminal and Commercial Law. She had appeared in various District Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, the Delhi High a decade of practice in the field of litigation as an Advocate and being empanelled with various government and non-government organizations like BSNL, Indian Oil, ICICI Bank, Northern Railways, Life Insurance Corporation, she joined Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, (DDRS), Dept. of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, as an Additional Director, worked on the benefits of society and received letters of appreciation from the various government agencies.
As a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, she is dedicated to her work with Corporates on the prevention of sexual harassment (POSH) at the workplace. She helps the International Human Rights and Crime Control Forum as a senior consultant. She has also nominated as a President of Arbitration and Conciliation Council, Women’s Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Delhi, India.
